1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betsoo," "we," "us," "our" refers to the betsoo online gaming platform accessible at betsoo.vip and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the betsoo platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the betsoo platform.
• "Platform" means the betsoo website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated gaming services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by betsoo to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

2.Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betsoo platform. betsoo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and betsoo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

3.Eligibility

To register and use the betsoo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of betsoo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betsoo platform.

betsoo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.Account Registration

To access the full range of betsoo services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your betsoo login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify betsoo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

betsoo reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the betsoo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and bank transfer to participating Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, Security Bank, and PNB).
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your betsoo account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• betsoo reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate fully with such verification requests.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. betsoo targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, subject to verification status.
• betsoo does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, any cryptocurrency wallet or credit card. These payment methods are not supported on the platform.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to betsoo support immediately. betsoo will not be liable for funds lost due to player error in entering payment details.

betsoo implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine law. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to additional scrutiny and reporting obligations.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

betsoo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betsoo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• betsoo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their bonuses cancelled, their accounts suspended, and any winnings derived from such abuse forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the betsoo platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all betsoo games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. betsoo publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all applicable games.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on betsoo's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.
• betsoo reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market or event will be voided and the stake returned.
• Players may not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the betsoo platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Live dealer game rules are subject to the specific rules of each table, as communicated by the dealer and displayed on-screen during the session.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betsoo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and betsoo's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years, or facilitating access by any person under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using any software, tool, or technique to interfere with the normal operation of the betsoo platform, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, and denial-of-service attacks.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betsoo staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, bug, or error in the platform for financial gain.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the betsoo platform — including but not limited to the betsoo name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of betsoo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betsoo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betsoo content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any betsoo content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any betsoo software.
• Use any betsoo trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of betsoo intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by betsoo.

10.Privacy & Data

betsoo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the betsoo platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betsoo implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 11.Responsible Gaming

betsoo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) if you feel you need a break.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betsoo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betsoo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betsoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if betsoo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betsoo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betsoo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by betsoo's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.Termination

betsoo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your betsoo account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betsoo platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent betsoo from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

15.Amendments to These Terms

betsoo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betsoo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the betsoo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
